They already have a noob head state in the game. Why would they have another one?

TWIZ's walking noob kinda falls into the same category.  

Dusty and I have distributed all the prizes out to the winners! All the winners should have received the state they made as well as any additional prizes for your placement. Check your inventories and let me know if anything is missing.
