NCAA Football 2014 Recruits

I'm taking an idea from Reddit and Operation sports and bringing it here. Basically for those of you that don't know NCAA 14 had a feature that lets you create custom recruits in its career mode (dynasty). Just keep things a bit realistic and have fun with it! If this gains speed I'll do write ups on the recruits I put in the game, the schools they're interested in and their careers.

I've only managed to create one recruit and he won the championship then went to Colorado. The next year I created the same guy and he blew out Colorado and committed to them after the game. I will be following up this thread to see if I can learn something new from you on how to create a successful recruit.
