When was the last time these were reset and why? Or have they never been reset?

Ban history isn't reset as far as I know, but for minor offenses only recent bans/warnings are factored in.

Well ~2 years ago i was banned for 5k hours so if i just randomly slipped and a gp banned me for evading the swear filter would i get banned for 5k hours again or is that ban not recent enough?

i think minor offenses meaning all the ******ed stuff you get banned for, and minor stuff like cursing someone out, making fun of someone, etc;

major stuff probably meaning like offmapping, free customing (back when it worked) etc;

i think "recent" meaning like a month maybe, but i know sometimes they randomly ban you for "multiple bans" if you have gotten banned in the past.

It was not due to "abusive GPs", there were some changes to the rules and system and so everyone got a second chance of sorts.

Multiple bans isn't "for no reason / because you've been banned a few times."

People who receive multiple bans fall into a few categories:

They have been banned an obscene amount of times for the same offense, demonstrating no signs of improvement. The next time they break this same rule, they are given Multiple Bans.
They have done something that broke another rule, but is extremely severe. (very rare)
They have been avoiding bans.

My first ban was for a month for scamming. Second was for a 2 week for making fun of a guy
My third was for a year for what I suspect is from lagging and killing players in non PK zones by accident. These bans were spanned out over a year long time period. When I was banned the first time I had around 2k hours the last time was around 1.2k hours. Doesn't help my email apparently doesn't work on toonslab.

I think most of my bans have been way to extreme when just having a laugh n some banter with the boys (always seems to be me that gets banned but everyone else gets away with it). I've had a week ban for saying s*** in less than a minute and why can you be banned when you're allowed to say s***? Also out of curiosity snow noob and electron are some of the first people I have ever blocked on graal and for me to block someone it takes a lot and they're both staff members now?

If thats the case then why did my 2013 3k hour main get randomly hit for "multiple bans" when I had no other acc banned or did not break any rules

also why did my guild avalon get deleted 2days after launch when we didnt break any rules at all?

also why is it that people who go into graal for dirty/sex roleplay are allowed to, but the second someone says "sh/it, i just crashed lol" they get hit with a ban?

1) Reread my post and try to figure it out. It's probably one of those reasons. If it wasn't, then maybe you were sharing or trading accounts with someone who got hit with it.

2) What does this have to do with me? For all I know, you deleted it yourself.

3) They aren't allowed to. They're banned constantly. And no, you aren't banned immediately for swearing. You have to be caught swearing at least twice within a short period of time before you're banned for it, especially if it's menial.
