A lot of people think these images are hints towards what happened on 9/11.

I personally think wikileaks might have files of what happened on 9/11 aswell.
Jet fuel can't melt steel beams after all and the nazi money "dissapeared" aswell

Vault 7 has NOTHING to do with the seed bank.

Just using stock photos, they aren't implying anything about the seed bank.

The essential message is that similar to how the Seed Bank is in place to ensure that their DNA is not lost to a natural or man-made catastrophic event they have some sort of information that acts as that, it's metaphoric.

Pretty sure it's about Hillary/DNC e-mails they have that no one else does.  

what if vault 7 is what they called the USB Drive that they lost, and found and thats what was on it  

The jet engine and the welding seem to imply that people messed with the structure of the twin-towers before the planes ever crashed in there.

The seed vault, nazi money and the fact they say "Vault7" could be implying there's a secret vault somewhere which they use to store all the nazi money that "dissapeared".
This also might have to do with building 7 which strangely collapsed without being hit.

The rest of the pictures just seem to be about how they got the information and all.

This is personally what I think

Building 7 collapsed because it was close to the towers. The debris hit the building and caused structural damage, it was only a matter of time before it collapsed.
