well, because you dont need wifi to download files.

i got an iphone 6 and without using wifi (only cellular) no heads/hats/bodies download

it's soo annoying

- Reinstall Graal
- Log out of Graal and back on with data
- Restart iPhone

I'm not sure cause this issue never happened for me. When playing on data, the files install when I logged on to Era after reinstalling.

sometimes the files don't load all the way. it will fully download sooner or later... if not then i suggest following the instructions xSupah gave you.
