Barely anyone spars anymore and its extremely rare to see more than 15 sparers in a room. This was obviously caused by the castle update.
It made a massive impact on sparring. The castle update was defiantly a great one however, the sparers went to do bounties and the castle quests. is sparring will stay like this? I really hope that sparring isn't ending up like towering.
I'm pretty sure sparers are happy of the new update because they are not forcing themselves to spar anymore. Only reason why sparring wasn't inactive because (my own opinion) there was nothing else to do in this game. Of course sparring changed a lot in the past few month and the reasons were: (my own opinion) an increase of speed hackers in the game, an increase of health sparers in the game, an increase of players that use vpn to cause extra delay and an increase of lagers.

I hope something new happens in the next few month that will change this inactivity in sparring to more of an active thing. Or at least they should decrease the rooms in the battle arena if admins are not planning to make any update in the future.

But seriously though, if all goes well, the NGS should revive towers and spar.

thats what we are all hoping.  

Sparring is dying because:
1. Increased speed hackers like carly due to no fear of retribution and game security sucks
2. People who used forced lag like Rexxx and Gabriel, both coincidentally in Pythagorean.
3. Sparring not being a necessity in the graal world. Sparring is just for fun.
4. Really good sparrers not playing anymore. I used to spar all the time when good sparrers sparred actively because it's fun watching them spar.
5. 24 hours required to spar. I used to spar all the time in graal zone and the sole purpose of coming to classic was because I was curious to see how different classic spar was. Needless to say I got addicted to sparring in classic and just migrated to here. However, what really threw me off was when I reached the battle arena and it said I needed more experience and it didn't specify what "experience" i needed.  

I think the real issue sparring has is the lack of good sport.
Most people in the sparring community do not acknowledge skill and the talented sparrer has to deal with all of their bs.

It does not matter if you are good if nobody will admit it

I will admit this: I really have a problem ignoring ******ed ppl

Besides this was not directed at me, there is other good sparrers even tho in my mind I am the best sparrer  

I also want graal to implement a system where you can only fight someone with the same ms/ping or somewhere around yours.

yes it's actually a very good idea that I thought of too. admins should put a certain amount of ms that allows u to join queue. like for example if u have more than 250 ms u won't be able to queue. similar to your idea but yeah something like that is needed

What do you mean by she "don't" even speed? Don't you mean she "doesn't" even speed?
Also, you can tell that Carly speed hacks by how fast she can swing her sword in a different direction RIGHT AFTER SHE SWINGS and how fast she can spam her sword while moving. I've seen people spar where they immediately swing in another direction after missing but none of them are as fast as Carly. Take Dante for example. I see him swing his sword immediately after he misses but he's not as fast as Carly. Carly also can't be using the excuse that she's using a really good computer because I've sparred on my friend's desktop which has a good graphics card and an intel i7 processor yet not as fast as Carly.

So are you saying that if a person has the same flag they're not using a vpn?
A person can be using a vpn and still have the same country logo.
Rexxx has changed flags numerous times. I've seen him in Great Britain flags and Canada flags before.

You can't accuse people without showing proves. Just because someone said that a player force lag/speeds it doesn't mean they do speed/force lag
