Only one I've really played is Red and a little bit of Fire Red. So I really can't say how this one compares to the rest.

Been breeding this thing since yesterday.
Started with my normal 4IV Ditto and a random stats scyther I caught in Poni Plains on the 6th beast ball I used.
I kept exchanging the parent scyther with the best IV offspring I had.
