I remember something like this happening to a guild towering at Sards. I believe the hacker was banned and the player recieved some sort of compensation but it was not equal to what was spent (customs were refunded full price but hats and other items were left on the account with no money returned). I do believe this is a case of who you know, your contacts, to get any sort of compensation from this event.

Depending on whether or not you can prove that you were actually hacked, I would assume nothing.

You can't just pick an account and be able to hack into it. When people claim they were "Hacked", they mean they did something stupid and gave account information away, i.e; the email they used to identify (+ password, in some instances) or their GraalID.

Also, if you really want to take precautions, don't ask other people to upload for you. It's simple to do even if you only have 5 minutes. And just plain don't give out account/personal info.
