So I was wondering what the seasonal rewards are for coming #4 in spar..I bought a 8K pack ages ago and did not receive the gralats I payed for..I wasn't too bothered cuz I don't use gralats even tho it's a pretty **** thing to happen (I did appeal about this and there was no response). So I was gonna ask if there can be an increase in gralats this season , I feel 4K isn't much for 3 months of activity , especially when I'm owed gralats anyways. Only asking cuz I'd like to be able to gift my friends for Christmas  

If you bough gralats and didn't receive them you should contact toonslab, I'm sure if you provide them with a receipt then they will sort their issue out.

Happend to me too once, I didn't got the money back aswell // sent the receipt and all needed informations.

As Saber said, contact support and with the receipts and it will be sorted out. Make sure to provide as much information as possible, including your account ID which can be found in feedback.

It can take a little while to get a response depending on ticket volume, but if you do provide all the information you should get a response and the gralats you purchased.

You can always try directly emailing [email protected] with attached receipts, but it shouldn't really make a difference as far as response times go.

Why don't you directly email xor and/or unixmad? You could also ask Unixmad on Skype for help  

Also if your really troubled by this , and your not getting a reply ( which I'm sure you will eventually ) then you can email iTunes and request a refund due to failure to provide the service being paid for.

I'm sure this wouldn't get you banned , if I ever got a ban for this sort of reason I believe a refund would be the lesser of their worries

It would be a blatant abuse of power and unjustified.
Even when a game has in its ToS that they can ban or delete your account at any time without warning or reason, they really can't. They are bound by certain laws to allow every player a fair and just time.  

It was google play gift card lol , I'm really not that bothered I just wanted to get an increased seasonal reward as that would require no extra effort. I only ever use gralats for christmas gifts lol and if I emailed them it'd probs be after Christmas that I get a reply and I have no need for gralats at all then

lol you think they care about abusing powers? I got globally banned for no reason.
