iDevice Account Broken

Hello. My iOS has been broken for a while now. I haven't been able to log on to iClassic, iEra, nor iOl'West. I am able to log onto iZone though. The problem is that it tells me "My IP is not listed in the IP Ranges", as if it were a playerworlds account.

I checked my emails but nothing has been sent. I believe the issue began when my iOS was added to serverops on iZone. Then it acted as if it was a Playerworlds account somehow (maybe, just an assumption)

If you have ever experienced this or know a resolution please comment below..

And before you even say contact a PWA or Unixmad or send a ticket I have done all the above. Nothing.

After recent account security concerns (people are able to change their GraalID in packets to the server), I believe what happened was that they enforced an IP whitelist on accounts. You should've received an email to your account; check spam.

Again this is all assuming so I'm not totally sure.

I've checked everything, especially spam. Never once did I get an email sadly. And if my account is all broken from some kind of 'fix' and I am unable to play I'd be pissed off.

Seems like they gave your ios account admin rights and accidently blocked off your access at some point not knowing that it was your ios account.

They should be able to fix your account by just changing the permissions on it and you should still have whatever you had beforehand.
Can't know this for sure unless a higher admin/manager looks into it though.

(Just to clarify, it's the same message you get as when you try logging into your staff account from a new pc)

This would make sense if it was on JUST iZone, since I'm assuming that's where he had access to, for iOS Staff Tools or something. Problem is: this is occurring on all iServers, including iClassic, which he never had staff access to.

similar problem although it doesn't say anything about Ip ranges for me it only tells me I was disconected from the server
And its been telling me that for weeks.

This could be related to the new account security requiring that you use google authenticator to authenticate your ip address for iOs servers. Could be totally wrong, but its something to look into.. as ive experienced the same issue because of this reason.

that sounds like an ban to me (from my experiences being ip banned) did you send an ticket to get it sorted out?

Nope, haven't sent a ticket. I contacted Carlito/MysticalDragon but he doesn't have the capability to fix that. They wouldn't just ban my iOS on iClassic iEra and iOl'West but no iZone. I know it's something wrong staff-wise. That iOS Graal# was added to serverops on iZone and I believe it somehow made the system register the account as a PW account (not sure if I'm right just an assumption, because I have only ever seen the notification "Your IP is not listed in the IP Ranges" when I am elsewhere from my house and trying to log into RC on my Staff Account)

i was referring to sardon, being disconnected when he tries to login. i wasnt saying that you (Alex Damian) was banned (hence the ip whitelist message)......

I don't beleive so I mean I hadn't spoken to anyone on that day atleast not outside of pms.
But if so wouldn't it show me that I was banned?

nope it doesnt have to tell you anything. again it could be something else.

Did you ever get this fixed Alex?

I'm getting the exact same thing as you right after I added myself to delts dev server.

edit: I was messing around with my account and now it works.

This exact same thing had happened to me once I was given staff priveledges on iZone on my mobile account. I couldn't go on any other server as it gave me the same error and wouldn't send me an email. I asked Gunderak yo fix the issue on at least iZone and he said okay and he transferred the account to one of my other emails for me. After playing for a few days I was banned for hacking saying I had unreleased items such as a Pulse Rifle and later the account was completely deleted. Now I lost all the money I spent on that account and have been pursuing getting my money back I spent.
