How wrong you are

at this point of graal's life i keep a neutral opinion on the staff unless something major or repetitive minor actions happen

stupid decisions, mistakes, and statements does not mean that zone's staff team is like the ****ing nazi party


i see zone's development and progress as sort of understandable, it's the smallest ios graal, the community as of ios graal as a whole is about 65-75% roleplayers and people using graal as a dating website, and nowadays there are less and less developers and gfx artists for graal, why do you think the ol west's gani applications are still open for over an entire year

You make a really good point in your entire statement. I would agree with you, keeping a neutral opinion should be exactly what you do, its what I would do. However I worked on the team for almost 4 or 5 months, and I can confirm that I have seen the third reich. Okay maybe not as bad, bit of a stretch there.
Oscar knows how the team is as well. It not that we are random players bashing on a staff team we hardly know. We worked with them so we would know them on a whole different level than you. Companies always present themselves two ways, one to the public, and one to their staff. Zone is the same. You give a kind of crappy approach in public (or good however you examine it) and you get crappy treatment on the staff team. If you read earlier you can find where I talked about how I raised the staff team back up from 0 and now its down to 1, 2 if you count Jackoh, I usually don't. The entire team left due to management. Look at the amount of levers we have. We lost a talented individual named John to the same reason. As for graphics they lost Xer, someone who was popping out like 10 hats a day because he was dedicated af. There is always a cause and effect to these kinds of things.  

Tay made most gfx prizes in the maze, and made the maze itself. Thats just listing one thing so yeah he has contributed <3

You were also fired for inappropriate behaviour against staff, so i assume you must be pretty annoyed that someone has actually pointed out your wrongs and you got punished for it :/

You're right a except the fact that "packing" in zone = 100000000000 millions of years then u can go on a trip where u travel .000000000000000000000000001 centimeters every 1000000000000 million years. And the trip you're going on is a trip you don't want go on because its dumb  

I know this was done before Chelt came but Tay has been inappropriate to staff much more than any staff member has. I can safely say that without even knowing what Cody has done or said. Tay wasn't disciplined at all. Luckily (for me) soon after, Tay wasn't able to get on a PC and by the time he came back I had already quit. There's plenty of other cases of staff being inappropriate or downright abusive without having been disciplined. That was one of the major reasons I left.

GFX really does need to improve like Weeno said, which is pretty obvious since like the hats at Hat Emporium have been there for like ever, lmao.

problem is player content can suck a lot. Right now Zone needs to focus its energy on major improvements rather than looking through tons of playermade GFX submissions

Rosewald, when you were on the staff team it was way before anything went down with me. I wasn't fired for "inappropriate behaviour" apparently I was fired for racism and harsh insults. The harsh insults I can sort of understand and should be expected when someone says "let's make all auction items free or purchasable in shops" Stuff that ruins the game even more than its already ruined deserves harsh CC. As for the racism I will be happy to show the proof that proves I wasn't actually racist. This applies to everyone if you care, just shoot a message. I don't care that someone pointed out my wrongs because I can just use that and better myself in the future. I care that people told utter BS about me to get me fired because they couldn't take their corn maze being complete trash.

Perfectly said PigParty. The issue is I didn't kiss complete ass to secure a spot where I could continue being a jerk to people. Stuff like that I'd why zone will never succeed with its current management. I mean you have people in charge who think that just because someone is nice to them that they deserve a higher rank or more power. Tay for example. My last few days working there, a guy from Delteria said that Tay and Silvers scripting were on the same level. Tay recently just started vs silver who has been scripting for a long time. That's your problem on zone. You kiss ass: you get rights beyond your dreams.

Maybe you should reread exactly what I just said because I practically disproved both of those reasons for me being fired. And no, you weren't apart of the team at the time of this going down. If I recall you were fired at the time for not communicating with your department leader.
