I'm no American so I may be wrong on this, but I wonder how many Republicans have had to stay 'in the closet' for lack of a better phrase, up until this election?

I think the kicker is, everyone who thinks he is racist for wanting to get rid of illegal immigrants that wants to come to Canada, they're going to find out that we actually have immigration laws like how Trump is trying to implement

You need to be well off with money, have a skill set, sponsors, monthly check ups, and you'll have to do multiple applications that take like 10 years to complete (think like 4-5ish years you have to stay here as permanent resident before even applying for citizen)

Even if you were to come in through marriage there's still a huge process, my friend married a girl from Texas and she is in the process of moving here, it'll be at least 4 years before she even starts the process of becoming a citizen  

Donald Trump looked awfully shocked/tense after his talk with Obama.

I am expecting that he'll act very differently as president than he did as candidate.

Most countries have pretty strict immigration laws, I don't anyone really considered him racist for wanting to enforce such laws in the US.

However it really wouldn't make sense to mass deport 12 million illegal immigrants who are currently working in the US, a loss of the labor force in that quantity could be pretty detrimental to the economy - not to mention how unrealistic it would be.

Thankfully Trump seems to have toned it down and is now saying he will deport any criminal illegal immigrants, which is much more practical.

Stupid, stupid argument. Next time you hurt yourself I'll laugh and tell you someone else in the world has been hurt way more than your puny shattered femur. That will make you feel better, especially after the pain meds are taken away because people in other countries don't have access to them so you can't complain about that either.

I think his point is the fact that so many people are comparing Trump to Hitler, facism, and labeling him as the same kind of person you'd see rule those countries he mentioned when the reality is it's nothing like that

It's absolutely sick what some of these people are saying

First 3 people on his administration team were a woman, gay immigrant, and black guy. Leftist have already came up with Thiel is "not really gay" because he's a Republican, Ben Carson is a "race traitor", and Kellyanne has "betrayed the sacred sisterhood" or some nonsense about he picked minorities to make himself look better when the reality is these people are all extremely qualified for the job.

Trump could literally make America great again and these people would still complain

Trump has no say in transgender issues, sexual orientation issues, etc. However, he does have a say in the Supreme Court justice(s) that he will nominate. Depending on who he puts in the SC, things like same-sex marriage could be overturned. That's not a state's right to prevent you from marrying someone. It's the definition of discrimination and violates equal protection under the law. If the SC would overturn it, then it would allow states to go as far as to say blonde people can only marry other blondes. Black people can only marry other blacks. In fact, overturning same-sex marriage theoretically would automatically overturn the case allowing inter-racial marriage. I hope Trump makes a wise decision with his SC nominee(s) and I expect him to since I voted for him, but it's pefectly understandable why the LGBTQ community would be scared right now.

The SC doesn't like overturning decisions often. If they did it would make the SC look incompetent.

I don't think the homo community has to fear about their marriages.

I've seen very few people compare him to Hitler, and those that do obviously have no understanding of what Trump wants.

As for who he appoints as his administration, that literally means nothing. What means something and will actually have an impact is the policies that Trump wants to put into place.

Not true at all. I hope he proves me wrong and if he does I'll happily admit that I was wrong.

The problem is that I don't see it happening. He says that he's going to make the country great again yet his policies haven't shown that they are without causing further problems for the US and the rest of the world, people just seem to believe he's going to make the country "great again" because he said so. Feel free to show me otherwise.  

Ven, you probably aren't seeing American social media as much since you're from the UK, but trust us, it is really really bad.

Also, in order to overturn a SC ruling, either two-thirds of the states have to agree on it (which won't happen) or the SC has to overturn it them selves, Trump will have the power to appoint new Supreme Court justices; but once appointed you have life tenure including all past Supreme Court Justices which includes the ones who would have originally ruled to approve same-sex marriage.  

Let's take a brief moment to reflect on US culture in realization that "being too traumatized over a presidential election" is an acceptable excuse to miss work or school in 2016

Undocumented gangsters, dui's, drugs, domestic violence are just some of the crimes that get you deported.

Despite being exposed and losing an election in large part because of it:

Protests and protestors are still fake and funded by Soros
Hillary is still lying
CNN is still pushing the lie

Trey Gowdy says now that the election is over the investigation is being opened again, hopefully this includes Soros as well, he's currently being sued for paying BLM leaders to incite violence which led to the death of a Dallas cop who's father is now pressing charges, corrupt the whole lot of them  

I'm sure a lot of the protests are real. What would anyone achieve by paying people to protest?  

Chain reactions, people are more likely to join a protest than to start one.

Same reason why people keep lying about things happening to them like being assaulted by Trump supporters, they just want to feed people reasons to hate and dislike Trump.
