Un-plug router for 30 minutes. IP should change. If not go into your providers website, and have them change it for you

Unplugging wont work in all cases, he either can change his mac address (routers address) and it will work or like you said go to his ISP which is the quick fix.

If ISP questions it just say you pay them money and they will do it

Basically bold font is how my country worked before, Pay them money. They will do it.

(James is right of course, you would be surprised how much stuff you can get just by threatening to leave. My family was able to get NFL Sunday ticket for life because we told them we would leave if they didn't).

Wait but how? Is the ticket like for the television cause we have stuff like those or are those tickets like the show tickets where u watch it irl or something idk.

Anyone else unable to connect?

Basically, you're IP banned for no reason. Same thing happened to me and Ria and others. Ur only choice is change ur IP or use VPN forever.

No idea why this would happen to me or any others, can dusty or fp4 solve this issue?

I can't get in either without using a vpn all of a sudden  

I have the same issue, tried connecting on wifi and cellular and I'm still getting the same results  

Not sure if this is related, but everyone on my screen is warping (people say i'm not warping.) Been like this for a while, makes playing the game difficult

I've noticed that if my cache (for custom heads/bodies/shields) is overflowing with ****ty customs I begin to see this happening

Try using a vpn and tell us the results, I question, Do you ever see CloudFlare Captchas while trying to access graalians or other websites?

That's the problem, I think that Graal Classic has this same kind of protection to their servers or something.. Since we can't enter the captcha whilst entering Classic we're left with a black screen or a disconnection.

Using a VPN works for me, and when you use your HotSpot (Mobile Data) it has a different IP from the others.. I think.. It's a problem with your ISP, I never gotten CloudFlare once I moved and changed ISPs.
