You mean the witch in the upper right corner brewing her green soup? There is a warp point near her, and then you simply walk to the east side of the circle she's in and there is a path which enters the circle ^_^

The normal way would be. You collect all 34 for hats in the maze and the next scarecrow you touch will automatically warp you to the first witch

Ok ill count my hats and explore around some more. thanks! these are the ones I have I assume you can tell which ones are not from the maze, Which ones am I missing? Never mind I must have only been missing one and I got it! |
