I have sent 3 emails in the past 3 weeks because I havent got an email it been sent or anything
I was banned for "sexual misconduct" which is the dumbest thing ever because I quit or you can say took a HUGE long break

and I believe the real reason I know why I had 3 people linked to my account and 2 had got banned a Admin told me in game that because of that I could of been banned and everything well how do I unlink them if im banned
And if i Unlink them will i be unbanned

Like I was prepared for the automatic emails to be sent back none... This is worst then before !

Also, you give people your account and then get mad because you were banned for "sexual misconduct"? Surely you couldn't have been surprised that this happened knowing and admitting that you allowed three different people to access your account...The support is even that bad, I got a reply and my uploads fixed within two days so you've honestly got no one else to blame but yourself if they don't reply for an issue that's already been resolved and the final decision made ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

And yeah that toonslab dealy sure is strange. I never really know if anything is actually happening

Perhaps it's just me sending mail to a recycle bin. I never really heard anything about my "shower" and I sent in some cry sheets

Nope not surprised just forgot i had them linked I let them on to play because i started to become extremly innactive and then quit for months and because a lot of my friends stared to quit and more with the new updates.. sorry if you take it the wrong way I''m not blamming anyone but me personally just always had problem with Graal Support always been terrible and I'm not suspecting much for "free support" and tbh the whole toonslab seem extremly different tbh I don't even know how to send a correct ban appeal because it makes me select if I can download the game if I can get on and the only true ban appeal i see is for uploading pictures... i don't see the option " ban appeal" before this we could just type whatever in a title and then exlpain and give Graal id: the whole new toonslab support system is confusing me

They never replied back to give the "final answer" hec i don't even know if it went through

They don't reply to e-mails anymore, they made Toonslab to replace e-mail support.

I don't get how you are all so confused by it, it's so simple, all you do is enter the e-mail you use for your in-game account and then it sends you an e-mail to verify you do in fact own the account.

From then on, every time you access Toonslab it's already linked to your account and makes it easier for them to look into things.

Account sharing is illegal, this is a widely known fact and anyone who chooses to do so knows the risks that can come with it, such as linked bans.

But, I can tell you that if you did in fact contact Toonslab properly and the reason you did receive a ban was due to a linked account, they would of removed the account links and in most cases the ban as well, which they have done multiple times already as users on the forums have told.
