Alright, I registered an AOL account and made a new Graal account and everything worked fine for me. Go on AOL and navigate to your mail settings: ![]() Then click Filter Settings and try creating a new Filter for Graal then try this: ![]() Resend the e-mail, then go check if it's in the Graal folder you created:

Still not working. Inbox and spam folder are still empty as well as the Graal folder. I'm guessing it has something to do with Graal Server. The email I used to identify with the account was [email protected] been having this issue for the past 6 months. Seems like no one can or are willing to help me resolve it. |

It seems to be a common issue with AOL and I don't think it's a problem on Graal's end. https://help.aol.com/email-support Give them the e-mail [email protected] and just explain it to them, it might be possible they automatically delete the e-mails from them because they thought it was spam. I know you called them already, but they will have a different support system through e-mail than they do over the phone. |

AOL have filters to prevent spam that seem to catch an awful lot of genuine email. You're not advised of this, the email simply never arrives. Let me know how it goes with e-mail support, I don't think the issue is Graal related and that's probably why they haven't been able to offer help. |

So this is what shows up..the problem is not on their end so I'm guessing it is Graal server.

Seriously? None of the era staff can figure this out? It's irritating neither Aol or Graal can figure this out. Aol already done a bit of their part but it just seems like era has no interest in resolving their loyal customer issues.

My best guess is the port number that Era uses to send email is blocked by your modem or ISP. I can't help you any further than that.. Check this by making a new email and try to identify (I'm no tech savvy) Sent from my HTC 10 using Tapatalk |

Prevent the issue from occuring permanently? No. I suggest an automated system for account data transfer OR account email change. |
