It's frustrating to get stock messages and not know what the issue is. I don't see anywhere on your list 'no shields that act as tilesets' though, and that is my most recent desire... particularly to create a moving waterfall so that I can create actual water features with those square pools...

Yeah, that's a sort of fringe thing that could be hard to classify. Depending on what you did, it could fall under "only upload graphics you made yourself" or "No shields that act as bodies" if you covered the player (that is part of what is meant there, you can't cover the body).

Making a proper water slide for a pool?

I was thinking more along the lines of a natural-looking pond...
Layering with Hedge furnitures, creating a sort of waterfall into the pool, with the edges covered.
