How low do PS4s usually go for on Black Friday? I think the regular price is like... $350? So are there any chances it'll go as low as $250?

You could find a good bundle for $300, but yeah an average ps4 with a controller no games will be way under $250 since you can buy a new one right for like $280.  

probably even lower when the neo or slim gets announced.

I don't either, but it's a great time to buy the original when it comes out. Since the Xbox One Slim was announced, the Xbox One has dropped pretty well in price.
