				 | Stuck Loading Screen I've been trying to log onto Graal on my PC, but it's stuck on the loading screen (the green loading bar is completely filled) & I've tried Ash's guide but that didn't work, any help?

				 | Have you tried completely resetting the browser back to default or using another one?

				 | What browser are you using? Check any flash-related settings (there was a recent update). Also, recently, there was a complaint regarding a virus software update which re-defined the permissions of their browser... check your anti virus settings. Another potential fix - repair your internet connection. Sometimes I find it fixes similar issues. Also, consider deleting recent history - the cache can get full and cause problems such as slowdowns and even getting 'stuck' loading. Hardware wise, defragmenting your drives from time to time is a good idea... but probably not the cause of all-out hanging. BTW, I logged in just now with no issues. |

				 | Try in another browser. If it doesn't work, it could be your Flash cache or cookies. Google how to clear those. If it still doesn't work, try on another device. If that device works, it's probably a third-party software issue (antivirus or firewall). If it doesn't work, you're probably IP banned. |

				 | Sometimes anti-virus web shields can block it too. I know I have to disable my web shield while it's loading and then I can turn it back on once PC Graal fully loads.
