I do note that yes, iEra was different in the beginning. But, at the time I mainly started Era, it was already a few months in! The fact that the staff were roaming around helping players with a good attitude and behavior definitely was impressive, and what brought me to switch servers. Of course, now, although I love the staff, it seems like whenever they go out they get harassed...

Now on the paragraphs I underlined. (Jeez, im so OCD I even underline and bold things in a neat fashion xD)
Don't worry, I'm not offended, I can be very naive sometimes xD but I'll stand up for what I want and that's it
And, I know there will be people who dislike the staff, always. But I'm hearing more and more every day, month... from most of the iEra staff, the community is just getting less and less supportive, even though the staff are working to make Era better and more fun with the players.
And to me, thats a bit ironic and su****ious, I guess.

Well the important thing is that the iEra staff keep up the good work in improving the game. The best you can do is support the staff yourself, just be the change you want to see in the server, and it seems you're doing that with flying colors. One of the main reasons I left iClassic staff is because the updates started slacking and the work environment changed drastically, which in turn, unmotivated me. I don't know whether it was just one bad decision after another based on the devs/management or stress influenced by players.

I have the BAR; favorite weapon so far in my opinion. Making it automatic was just icing on the cake. (I know, Browning Automatic Rifle, but it wasn't automatic upon release.)

We should have an NPC that if you grab puts up a GUI that allows you to arrange a wedding. I think it would be of much convience to people. Then have an NPC as the preist of the wedding(s).

THIS IS WHAT I MEAN!!! Iera in the past was so much better! stop giving items to people for free. Also the hours. IVE BEEN IN ERA SINCE DAY 1. YES! DAY1. AND I ONLY HAVE ABOUT 600 HOURS. STOP ALL THIS NONSENCE AND GET BAACK TO OLD ERA.

ALSO, WE NEED MORE UPDATES. 5 TIMES A WEEK IS AWESOME! NOT 1 TIME! GET WORKING!

So you switched servers just cause of the Staff, o...

I did the same thing; I played iClassic since a month after it was released and then last september when my ipod broke and my bro gave me his, I had to wait 5 months for an account transfer even though I sent several properly formatted emails requesting a transfer. By the time I got the transfer (feb. 2011) I had already made iera my new home. So yeah you can quit a game over issues with staff xD

At least that makes sense, but she is talking about she just switched servers because Staff where nicer on iEra, does not makes sense and just sounds ridiculous.
