Head uploading help

So i tried uploading an edit of Kevin's (</3) head (with permission) and i only changed the colors but when i uploaded it said it wasnt allowed because no hats or masks... It has a bandana but i think it should be fine because he has basically the same thing.

It happens usually with all heads that have a bandana, even head24 from page 2 when edited and reuploaded.

Just try reuploading if it is denied.
