It's not really like that... Really it's up to how good of a job they do, and how much you like them. They didn't come to Zone to ruin it so all the players would move to Delteria. They're actually here to help. With all this immediate backlash and lack of cooperation before any real judgement can be made on them, I'd actually give them props for handling it well.

This is now directed to everyone: I get that some might think that they don't know what changes Zone needs, but neither has Zone's past management. It's not like they're without currenr Zone staff to assist with decision/idea making. Updates are going to take time. You're not going to see a new and improved server in 2 weeks. That means they will be here for months to come, probably. That means I don't want to see nonstop bashing and premature outrage posts for another 4 months. Get pissed at them when they change every image into a trolled face. Get pissed at them when they make every gun do 1 damage. But don't get pissed at them for no goddamn reason. I see people saying Gemini was actually improved in the recent update, yet there's still nonstop bashing to them for not making it perfect on the first try. Of course, that implies with your ideas that it's going to be perfect (which it won't be). I would actually think Delteria staff would be more open to your ideas, more than any other management has ever been. That would be because they don't actually know the server as well. Instead of bashing them, you could actually make an effort to improve the server with them. Well there's my rant about how tired I am of these bull**** attacks on them from the moment they came, when you haven't even seen them perform yet.

But how? Mostly every single person who has posted on this thread (and other threads) genuinely wants to help the team build Zone up. But there's practically no way to do that currently. Really, the only thing people can do is bash them for not doing what they wanted. That's the only way to effectively get their point across - provide negative (and positive!!) feedback to what the team produces/conveys/informs/etc. Their feedback needs to have an impact to really get through to the staff team

That being said, I agree that the criticism has gotten out of hand.  

I think I posted in this thread, and I don't want to help Zone do anything.

That being said, I agree that the criticism has gotten out of hand.

Critique is different from bashing. Some people have been critiquing, although, it may still be prematurely, but others have been straight up bashing them. No one wants to listen to someone who only trash talks to them. I 100% agree that it has been very difficult in the past to get ideas or development through management, but we have brand new management right now who may be very willing to listen to and incorporate others' ideas. I just think it's all premature because people don't like that they're from a different server. Even bashing is fine, as long as it's backed up, but I don't really see how there has been enough time or even anything changes that would result in bashing the new management. Really, though, if people want to criticize, it's fine, but I'd much rather see their suggestions along with it, which most people who have been bashing them haven't done. I agree with what you said, but there is new management and there hasn't been enough time to come to any conclusion yet.

If several are being worked on, I would expect at least 1release in this time yet still nothing, whether it be a big restock of zonecoin shop/Solo leaderboard for showdown/maps for showdown/Tileset/simple shop update/better level system(expanded)/or something completely different.

Only thing that has been released on the news in a months time was just a revelled start area, which looks just like one of the older maps.
I totally agree with you Fatal on this, they really need to show something because Chelterrar's statement of "work" being done is not really being shown at the moment.

I understand it might be hard or lack of staff working on a certain project, but come on, something at least has to be finished within a month.

Hopefully they add something like spar leaderboard as well as Showdown leaderboard/maps and as well as spar reward room. As they have pk and bs rooms but no spar room, either add spar rewards or remove all,hopefully the first option.  

Tbh I'm pretty satisfied with what the levels team have been coming up. (I like the start even though it uses the old building.)  

We have managers that have no extensive knowledge of the game, you can't expect any kind of progress to happen, at this point its best to just sit back and see what happens and criticize accordingly. Yall are expecting things from people who constantly lie and aren't even qualified for their position, in this case Chelt. Aside from the lack of knowledge regarding what needs to be done, it also has to be done correctly, which is much more crucial.

If we add a spar leaderboard before we balance the weapons out, it would simply mess up. We are working balancing the weapons and adding new features, and as soon as we tested that and there aren't any to overpowered weapons we can actually think about adding a spar leaderboard.

About Spar rewards, they are on our to-do list, but certainly not high priority, since we wanna focus on actual content first

And you have not a clue about me, yet you say I am not qualified for the job. Of course I can't script as good as maybe FP4 can or can do graphics as good as JesterTheCats, but I know what needs to be adressed. And I actually read Graalians, ask players to send in feedback and I read that. I read suggestions and I know how to bring more fun to Zone. Of course we could rush everything out, but actual Quality takes time.

So you want a zonecoin restock, the zonecoin market is flooded. Everyone has thousands over thousands. So if we add a zonecoin shop they will enjoy the new items for a few days, maybe even a week. But then everyone will be bored again.

I talked about the leaderboards a bit further up. About showdown tileset, yea because it is really easy to make a high Quality tileset fast, thats why we have so many new ones. Like I said before, Quality takes time, or we end one like with a tileset that looks as bad as the current one.

A level system needs ideas and missions to work around, and that is not designed in a day. Especially not in a game where 98% of the Staff is not paid and only doing it for fun.

We are coming up with things that have never been done before on Graal, yet they take time.
