GST hat issue

The second place iDev hat,
can someone fix the hat for the second place, the side view is to low and to much out of the head its not covering the head like the front view intends it to.

Also how do we get the hat code on graal I know there's a way but I forgot.

I want this as well, but I was told by 2 GFX admins we can't get them fixed.
