Also, the tools are pointless if they don't know how to make the finished product correctly, which no one on the entire staff team knows. Someone could give you everything you need to build a house but that wouldn't do much if you don't know how to physically build it.

PRA? PRA = ZPA which is Gold. Geno was a Guns Admin and is the only actual previous staff here that's trash talking Zone (besides me, Platinum [kind of trash talking, but focusing more on improvement ] and GhettoIcedTea actually, but Ghetto isn't the most credible).  

Trash talk? Nah, its never been that, im honest and ill state whats up, not my fault most of its negative tho. If i felt the need to just legit trash talk id quit already. It also doesnt help that i got my position removed then later fired both for no reason at all so im not being relaxed about things. Also id be willing to come back if there woulsnt be anymore bs like in the last term, and under some other conditions, cuz all i wanted to do was my job but its like trying to do that was near impossible. And plus being the best person for the job, id rather not trust anyone else to do it

It can be honest, but still trash talking. I trash talk zone all the time, but what I say about Zone is true. I understand being fired for no reason (not saying you are, but also not saying you aren't, because I don't know the facts, but you say you were) because Tashkin did that to the entire ZP team in order to fire FR, comically. I talked to shmegg about if certain things happen to Zone, whether we'd come back, and he said he would, but who knows, I might. As of right now, I deleted Playerworlds from my computer and have no intention of going back to Zone, no matter how much it improves. I was just dealing with so much **** from so many people that I don't feel the desire to go back anymore.

You can't afford to not have a Weapons Admin. Geno is your best bet as far as I know, he has the most plans and ideas for improving gameplay and is an active PKer in the community.
As experienced players of Zone, we know what we are talking about.

We are currently working on the weapons trust me, and not just changing the attack damages but also most likely adding new features. Not making any promises yet, but I'm in contact with other people who have experience on weapon balancing. So don't worry ^^
