New type of mini blob?

Was heading to snowtown and...

Seemed to have the same amount of health as a black mini blob, but when killed...

it dropped a gold gralat. What?? Am I the only one who just noticed these or have they been around for a while?

Pretty much a rarer variant of a baddy, becuase there is also the Bombchu, and bandit captain.

bandit captain spawns in bandit cave, he looks the same or very similar. had 6hp. drops chest/gold gralat.

Their health varies, I've encountered some with 8 health

haha 'Bombchu' drops a gold gralat if you kill it before it explodes.

There's also a black snake at BC Caldera that appears (again, drops gold gralat).

And dusty alluded to a special spider (the faux octo rocks) of some sort a while back.
