Black Ops 3- Dark Matter Camo

In multiplayer, when you get every weapon diamond, you unlock the dark matter camo.

Now usually I'm a more casual player, and I usually stick to 2-3 guns I like. If I happen to get gold camos, it's just from playing the game, and not because I go for them. But god damn that camo is sexy, so I've decided to start grinding out camos and I've been having fun doing it. What do you guys think? Does anyone here actually play this game?

I don't like BO3. Everything went downhill (imo) after BO2. (And I'm a huge BO2 player)
I used to play COD nonstop, but every new game has been a disappointment.

BO2 was my favorite too, but I feel like BO3 is a huge step up from the last two releases. The maps aren't as good as hijacked, raid, or standoff etc. but I think it's pretty great. I like the specialists and how their weapons and abilities are really strong, but not overpowered. The guns are all very well balanced, and the boost system isn't annoying like AW. All in all the only things I'm missing from BO2 are the amazing maps, some of the guns I fell in love with, and dolphin diving lol.

Are you stupid? Infinity ward made some of the best call of dutys(IMO). All 3 modern warfare games are awesome and the only other CoD that can compare to them is Black ops 1 IMO.

If your playing BO3 on Xbox One. I will gladly play with you. (I'm the all time champ obvy no one can beat me in cod just sayin ;) )

..I still have ICR1, HVK, Man-O-War, and Shieva for AR to get diamond and only Kuda for SMG. This grind to Dark Matter too much but god it's worth it.

I got dark matter about 3 week ago, it really wasn't even that hard to be honest. I originally wasn't even going for it, just trying to hit master prestige, but since I like to use different guns so I don't get bored, I found by the time I hit master prestige I already had about 21 guns in gold, so I thought I may aswell get darkmatter which took about 3-4 days to get.

Just play hardcore for every gun but assault rifles. For the harder gold camos for bad guns like the gorgon, pharo, razorback I got the bloodthirsties on hardcore aswell since they are all 1-2 shot kills there.

The knife suprisingly wasn't even that hard, I just played groundwar on the big maps and got 3 bloodthirsties in a single game. The only annoying part was that sometimes I got 3-5 bloodthirsties in a single game, and even though on my past match record it said 3-5 or whatever I got, and I only used my knife (no lethals, score streaks, specialist or anything) it only counted 2.

Snipers were pretty easy since i'm pretty good with them (being modest) the p06 was the only hard one since I kept choking my shots.

Shotguns were easy to get the 100 kills for (play hardcore for the 2 semi shotgun headshots) but kind of hard to get bloodthirties at least for me since I did it before the shotgun range buffs which were stupid and unnecessary especially for the argus.
Do hardcore for the semi shotgun bloodthirsties, very easy to do there, extremely hard to do in core.

Pistols I did completely in hardcore aswell, they were hard to get the headshots with but easy to get the requirements for.

Launchers you should start doing now since they rely on the enemy getting specific killstreaks. Getting a total of 20 sentry/guardian/powercore kills sucked since nobody uses them unless they are from a carepackage. The other requirements should be easy though since cerberus got buffed a lot of people are using it.

As for SMGs, most of them I got just from playing, I never specifically went for the headshots on any besides the razorback and pharoh, I just ended up getting them for the others.

LMGs- dingo and brm are super easy to get gold, the other two suck. You need to be good at shooting and jumping so you can fly up and dodge whilst you wait for it to aimdown sight or else you will always lose the gun fight.

ARs are pretty easy to do because of high calibre, do all of them in core but the ICR, do that in hardcore for the bloodthirties. Idk if its a glitch but its a 1 shot kill in hardcore when it sucks in core.
Shieva is probably the easiest gold gun ever, I got the 100 headshots in about 4 games because of its 1 shot headshot with highcalibre. It should be even better now since they buffed its range damage recently

Honestly I don't even like darkmatter that much anyway, I just use it to signify my achievement. I prefer gold since it matches my specialist and looks really clean. The darkmatter takes away a lot of the guns details and linework. And doesn't match your specialist if you have them gold. (They should do a darkmatter specialist, now that would be cool)

Woh thanks for the tips. I been actually doing really good with ICR in core. Can't use it as a rushing assault rifle really. I use it more like it's BO2 counterpart, the M27, and engage at medium ranges. I already have 78/100 headshots and trying to get the 22 more really soon. But I'm defenitely gonna start them launcher challenges now since I see more and more people using UAV/CUAV/whatever and not the required streaks.
