There's an ignore function built into this forum. Feel free to use it. The fact is, when I make a thread in the future improvements forum regarding an idea or a suggestion, I put time and effort into it. I try to make a well thought out argument and encourage discussion. Also, while I have nothing against this guy, he clearly just came back to iClassic. His posts suggest that he doesn't know the ins and outs of the game in its current state. When I returned to Classic after an almost 2-year absence, I accepted the fact that I was basically a noob again. I took the time to get back into the game, explore the new gameplay elements, and essentially learn the game all over again. Especially before I would even consider posting threads about significant gameplay suggestions/ideas. |

Can't follow your own advice? Gotta make stupid posts telling people that they are spamming instead? You're not a smart kid, are you? Also, I didn't bother reading your paragraph. I don't care about the reasons for why you do anything. Nobody does. Except for you math teacher. Show your work. Do your homework. Stay in school. Look both ways before you cross the street. Make sure you explain to the cars passing why you're looking both ways. |

Does attacking people on an online forum make you feel better about yourself? You realize you're the one making this personal, right? I really don't understand what it is you're trying to accomplish. But I'm not going to participate in a childish argument with someone who clearly just wants to hear himself talk. You're free to PM me if you seriously want to keep this going, but I suggest you take your own advice about making "stupid posts" and just stop. |

The point is you still aren't practicing what you preach. "If you don't like something don't reply! Just add to ignore!" You're silly, bud. I wouldn't be posting on here if I wasn't having fun. Can't wait for your next super-smart post. |

Trolls always do that. That whole "whatever I'm just having fun lol" deal. It's very important for a troll to let you know you're not getting to them. |

Trolls always have to have the last word. It doesn't end. You won't let it end. What, you think I've never dealt with people like you before? |

Whether or not you've dealt with a troll before doesn't really matter. You think I've never dealt with people like you? The people who think they are too smart to be trolled are the easiest people to troll. They usually start the arguments with trolls. They reply to ****-posts or butt into other arguments. They start out by trying to prove the troll wrong, instead of supporting their own views. When they realize that they are being trolled or that the troll doesn't care about what they think, they declare proudly that they know they are being trolled. They claim to know what's going on and they know all the reasons behind it. They will ask the troll questions about the troll's life. Abusive family? Neglected? No friends? "You'd never act like this in real life. You're pathetic." They'll go from asking questions to telling the troll what the troll is. "You're autistic." (I've gotten that one a lot.) They tell the troll that they can't be beaten and that they know how to deal with the troll. They're just too smart. But here's the thing these people never seem to understand: when they replied, they lost. Trolls want to argue. Trolls want to post a lot. I'm legitimately having fun, and you're now my source of entertainment.

I like how classic PK is on a level playing field for all and it'd be a real shame if it changed. The classic admins have stated this several times on this forum and aren't going to listen to these wild ideas. If combat improvements were to be introduced they would most likely be for fighting baddies which would allow for greater diversity in both tactics and health employed by baddies. Examples of combat improvements outside of pking have been stated in the past including the likes of armour players can hit past but baddies can't. Also if you came up with some sort of creative reason you could even justify a sword upgrade that deals more damage to baddies but not players(a potion or something). P.S. If you're going to suggest any other ideas, they need to have more thought invested into them such that it's fair for all players regardless of their hours and number of graalats. E.g. cosmetic upgrades based on the number of player-kills a player has would be considered fair and shouldn't cause an imbalance in gameplay. Now... you might say "but tricxta, such a scheme would promote boosting", to which i'd simply state there will always be noobs who exploit game mechanics, deal with it. Tldr; in allignment with what I perceive to be one of iClassic's goals: everyone should be on a level playing field regardless of graalats and hours when player killing. |
