No one does anything. People join the team and sit there doing jack then use 'it's a voluntary job' as an excuse to keep their position.
Why not make it so staff must do AT LEAST one thing a week to keep their position if not provided with a suitable reason

Yeah, but I think that it should depend on the size of the project as certain things take longer than others. I think that they need to get rid of staff that have no meaning in their position such as "Dev Coordination" is not needed because the teams have their respective Admins to lead them.

Alex and fried are the highest staff members.
Every project must get pass them for it to be added into main.
It isn't the dev's fault most of all.

my levels team was always working. Gani team was always asking for stuff to gani. Only 1-3 gfx was really working on stuff. Also i was the only person working on the gmap, the new start update might looks a little messy because it wasn't finished, something had happen and then now i'm no longer a staff.

I don't think it's even possible to recreate that map with the new tileset... At least, I'm hoping it's so different & improved that it's not possible. Sky bases sucked anyways, those need to go.

I don't participate in developmental aspects, but to my knowledge, shmegg and cassie have their current positions because of multiple factors: first, they were loyal iZone staff from before who both made it to the S.A. position, and I believe they have more than 1 developmental skill, or at least know some coding. We had a 'Developer' title before and the name was just changed, that's all. But they're capable of more than just 1 developmental task & as I said, have been loyal staff members for a while before.

Yes, I understand that however that concept can't always work. For example, if a Vice President of a company is doing nothing he will still get fired despite of being loyal for a certain amount of time. There are DEVs that are capable of doing better work in lesser time than those two (no offence). #ReplaceStaffTeam

I don't even know all that goes on with the development teams. With Alex as manager, he's tyring to prevent what happened so many times before, which is leaking. Many of our projects are being kept secret, from staff included. Many of the projects that are being worked on are also big projects, which is what zone needs, so you'll go a while without news updates aside from holidays, but the new projects, once released, will create content that can help build the game in the long run.
