Actually he haves no way to prove he won, probably the Staff member was not even giving away a prize, but lets call people dumb instead.  

i should have taken a picture.... -.- but there were like 20 people who said "post this on graalians" and i did...

i know people have the same problem as well but never do anything about it  

You should have just emailed snk.  

I'm sure he had a good reason for what he did.
