If you didn't watch I'll sum it up:

• Grey hat is incredibly well made; animation looks great but is perfectly subtle. However, only one colour and should be 2016 gralats, not 5000.
• The other hat is not a firework, looks like a road killed lion
• Brilliant prices for single use fireworks!
• Did you learn nothing?! Sparklers 500 GRALATS for a CONSUMABLE
• Implemented multiple buy option for house fireworks.

Let me know what you think!  

Or one is priced 2500 because there's 20~ recolors of it. I don't think it is a 'crappy hat' at all.

The consumable shouldn't be 500 though.  

Implementing quantity input for purchasing items is basically completely rescripting the entire system. It's not fun to do and I've had to do it twice. I don't feel like doing it a third time just for a handful of items is really a good investment in time.

Just because they have different colours, doesn't change my opinion on the actual hat. My main point is that I feel the other one should be priced at 2016 gralats because its for New Years 2016, and so implies - to me personally - admins know other people could potentially buy gralats for the other one so made it 5000 instead of 2016.

I wasn't trying to change your opinion of the hat, I am telling you why it is most likely priced the way it is.

I absolutely agree in terms of the fireworks, 500 gralats is outrageous, I still have the 5 I bought from last time.

Not sure how you guys do it on Classic, but isn't it just ticking one of the boxes in the /item tab? If not, couldn't you implement it into the command? By the looks of it, you'll be need to use it a lot in the future; for food and consumables.

Nope! The systems were already in place long before the current scripters came along. Classic has a mess of a system for everything and the best we can do is tweak things here and there as there's really no one who wants to completely rescript the entire server.

It's not supposed to be a firework, but rather represent an exploding firework. Watchu mean "it couldn't look less like a firework if we tried"? I think it looks pretty darn close to a firework going off:

People complain that everything's boring and everyone is running out of ideas, so someone tries to be a little creative and as usual, it's never good enough.

I don't have anything to do with prices, but it was probably set lower because it wasn't animated (unlike the other hat that is, which is why it's higher) and because of the many colors it offers, not because it was bad. That's not it works or how it has ever worked lol.

Aw man, that must suck. I'm kind of curious, how do you guys put the quantity input into each item_(food, misc) class, if you don't mind me asking :o?
