if you mean you can't see it in your house, it's still there. relog and it'll show up. has been doing this to everyone

i relogged and mine appeared, ive also heard setting your house to private then reentering works as well. nonetheless, your present is still there and you didn't lose anything

Yeah I had a friend that had relogged a few times but the gifts never showed up until I gifted her again. I think setting the house to private is the best option as that worked for me
