On January 7th I took the liberty to email Eurocenter in hopes that they would try to fix the issue. It is only the Graal servers that do not connect through my idevice. Every other app works perfectly fine. I believe the issue started in early November of 2011(for me anyway).

So, if you are having issues with your 3G Graal Server Connections, have patience. It is taking a long time, but I'm sure Eurocenter is doing all they can to resolve the issue. I'll keep everyone updated if my request through Eurocenter is resolved.  

There's probably nothing they can do since Graal uses non-standard ports that your cell provider might disable to prevent abuse of the connection.

If possible try connecting through a VPN and seeing if your Graal works then. I can't really help you with that though.  

I'm not too sure what a VPN is; I know where it is in my settings. Can you explain it to me? I'll wait a little longer to see if they rectify the issue, if its a fixable issue. I might call my provider and ask about that. Thanks.

It routes all your connections/data through a standard port which allows you to access resources you may of not been able to before. If you have no experience with configuring your router or don't want to pay for a VPN service you're out of luck.

There are a lot of free ones. Some even say that the trial expired but you can still use it.  

So, why is it that graal used to run fine on 3G, and all of a sudden it stopped? What changed? Did it have to do with ios?  

Must be the Internet providers doing. I'm planning to call them about it soon.

Please post your provider's name, also your cell phone's IP (www.whatismyip.com). I can look into it for you.

Just to confirm does it happen on both iClassic and iEra?  

My provider is AT&T. My ip is [IP REDACTED]. Yes iclassic and iera can no longer run on 3G. Thank you so much

Try logging on iClassic now.

Edit: Looking into it now...

You should be able to connect on iClassic without issue.

I let iEra staff know the issue hopefully they can resolve it there as well.  

I don't play classic, but I'll check it soon. I play era and it still won't connect. Thanks for the help. I'll wait to check era's connection again soon.

They will be able to fix it when they get permission, then you'll be able to connect and play over 3G.
