Theres this recently added ranking system on Era where there are 5 stars. 1 star meaning the lowest rank while 5 stars meaning the highest rank.
If this were used on Olwest players with 4 star rank wouldnt be able to kick a 5 star rank. This way giving kick powers to players would be a lot safer to avoid betrayal and preventing someone from kicking everyone.  

Just get really loyal players and this wont be a problem.

Even tho what era did was smart its not really needed that just shows how gangs have unloyal people.  

Would still make for a nice update though.

This idea is simple and already layed out flat. Im hoping it could get added
