if you want any more info I can provide it, i'm not very good with hardware at all, so, this may not be everything in terms of specs, but, its what came off the top of my head.

I recently purchased the laptop mentioned in this post, and, recently, it has been unable to run games it should be easily able to run. This could be caused by the fact that when I tried to update my drivers, I got an error message "NSIS Error", but, i'm not sure, any help is appreciated.

EDIT: The processor is quad.
