need help to clean virus

So ive been having some viruses that are pretty serious

my computer is kinda slow, has alot of random popups and is stuck on yahoo no matter how many times I change it to google
scanners have detected it to be a serious virus

It makes my computer unusuable which really pisses me off cuz I wanna start doing sfx

Can anyone name some good antivirus softwares and stuff so my comp can run smoothly

my computer got slow, graal ran 1/2 of the speed. i ran ccleaner. its back to the normal speed.

i use malwarebytes free version for virus removal.

Get Malwarebytes.

Run a full scan, it may take a few hours but it should pick up any viruses.

Seconded malwarebytes, really easy to use and finds most things. If that doesn't work, try superantispyware(free version), we use it at work and it gets rid of most browser hijacks.

I'd just use Malwarebytes as a virus scanner though. I'd recommend getting Avast and using that as an antivirus (it's free).

I use avast too, try running the start-up scan, but ccleaner does wonders too.

MrSimons compiled a list of Graphics programs here.

If you're looking for a free program Paint.NET is most likely your best option though.

From what I've heard FL Studio is one of the best applications for that sort of thing.

I second MalwareBytes.

Adblock never hurts either, but isn't gonna stop you from getting viruses unless its from ads you have clicked.
