So I've seen once again this game, I have been a vip for 1 year but, I wasnt able to receive the vip items? why omg! Also my gralats in guild house was gone and it was so full of gralats. |

Did you renew your vip regularly? That's a good thing to remember if you want the items. Were your gralats locked or did you just leave them open for anyone to take? |

it was in my guild house and it is locked. Uhm it was 1 year vip started from july

Even if you bought the 1year subscription, you have to log in at least once a month to get all 12 items.

Your guild house was locked or your gralats were locked? Someone you forgot about could have logged in inside your house and stolen your gralats if they weren't locked.

Gralats do disappear if they haven't been updated in a very very long time
