The only thing I think this website could possibly be used for is claiming rights to a head, what if I were to just go on Graal Depot and use a head from there to make a quick buck. Graal Depot should just have to look through every head and every transaction, it'll be hard.  

TL;DR
Has nobody else realised that for Graal Market to work they'd need to shut down Graal Depot?

Player A buys a head from Vendor 1.
Player A pays Vendor 1 $2.50 for the head.
A few weeks pass and the head has been on the server for a while after being uploaded by Player A.
The head template appears on Graal Depot for ANYONE to use for free.
This will surely happen to all the heads that get paid for and uploaded?

This might prove to be why your site won't work already.

I will make this very clear: graaldepot will NOT publish any customs that appears on graal market.

I mean that will be a stupid business practice.

I can trust Graalmarket from the high-end quality website design. I have tons of questions in back of my head, but gotta wait till tomorrow and see it myself. lol

you should try to contact some Youtubers like Droid or Aguzo or Jeffy to promote your website. That would grab all the attention considering the fact that majority of the views are generated from videos like 'how to use graalmarket' and Youtubers can giveaway some exclusive coupons which will boost up the video views. that's a win and a win for everyone.

No one would pay money for heads when they are still free on websites everywhere and will stay that way  

I will be selling custom heads and bodies from the graal market for $5 usd. Look out for my website, Graal Depot #2  

This idea won't work. Why steal uploads and put a price on them when I can just go to the original website and you know... get it for free? And as Droid said, what if you guys out the head on graaldepot like a week after a customer bought it? And this game is for 9+. I'm pretty sure not all 9yr olds are walking around with credit cards or a PayPal account.  

Since all the files on Graal Depot are ripped from the game files, and we all know when a custom is uploaded to Graal then Toonslab/Unixmad/whoevertheowneris owns that custom, then this website has to be heavily monitored to not upload graphics already in the game files (customs and base customs) otherwise that is illegal, right? Selling copyright products when you don't own them becomes illegal, right?

So if I am correct, if any custom is sold on this website that has already been uploaded to any server once already, then this website is doing illegal deals. How does the owner of this plan on monitoring every graphic in the files of every server?

This is legally flawed as there is no way to easily prevent copyright customs from being mass sold. I would not recommend ever using this to purchase or sell customs.  

From what I've heard Graaldepot never respected peoples uploads or their requests to take down their customs... yet suddenly it's going to do so for those who pay through you? Sounds like a **** move.  

You guys are all acting like Graal GFX sales is something new. GraalMarket is basically a place for aspiring artists to get their name up and make some profit out of it. I'm a launch vendor and I trust the system. Also you people need to stop this talk on "stealing customs" as soul slayer has repeated this many times.

Yes, there will be always someone that wants to exploit systems for a quick buck. But we will try to deter these people as much as possible with multiple measures. These include but not limited to:

• stringent approval process
• minimum payment threshold ($10?) to be met before any payments. This makes sure they are more serious in business.
• 14 day clearing period
• and more ongoing auditing before any payments are send out.

The site will be built behind a robust framework that is already proven to be a solid digital marketplace.

At the moment I think players have a hard time finding these GFX website and to find available artists. What we are trying to do is create a robust platform for which players and artist can easily find each other.





All of the issues you have mentioned, we are open for suggestions and improvements.

We understand that the majority of players are under the age of 18 years. This mean they cannot accept any TOS and be held liable for their actions . For this reason we ask all payers that are under 18 to have parental/guardian permission and have them understand what they are doing.

Nobody cares about the noobs trying to sell their garbage art ******. They talking about all those 12 year old turds that might pay for a "custom" job just to see someone else using it a day later.
