Pretty sure this deal isn't going to pass. Cosplaying and all this other stuff is already a huge thing worldwide, it would be absolutely ludicrous to press charges on everyone in the world for doing so. |

I hope the people who bought up this idea realize that people who cosplay or write fan-fictions are not in any way violating any copyright laws. The characters or stuff are already trademarked by whatever company who owns them, there's no way they can "steal" anything from them. |
