This should fix it:

1.
Press the 3 stripes button in the top right corner. Press on history and go to clear browsing data. Then check every box and press clear browing data at the bottom.

2. Find your flash settings. If you are on windows 8 just open the search from the upper right corner and search for "flash player" and click on the setting buttons, should show up now. Open it and go to "delete all", once in there check the first box and press delete at the bottom.

After this your client should surely work again

Still doesn't work. Is there any way to access it without facebook?  

Maybe your internet speed is not high/strong enough,
I'm FB Ol'West and it happens mostly because of the internet speed,
And maybe you can try refreshing again.

Well, for PC FB client is the only way. You'll just have to use a difference device.

Why not making it like Era and the others? You can play them in facebook or here https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=...99804247,d.c2E But only Ol'West is missing  

Thanks iBubble i did that and i can play ol'west faster than other games..

If you didn't know already, it is the same exact client but just doesn't require a facebook login.

Use Google Chrome or any other one.

If it still doesnt work just post what browser you are playing on and somone will fix it.

Could be a Browser Error which they had in the past as well  

I'm using the most recent version of chrome on windows 8.1  

Ok west has officially been taken down.  

Work's fine for me.  

Try using Internet explorer. That is what I use.
