You have a better chance finding it there if you couldnt find it on graal website....

Download the graal pc application, then once you open it click the start button and hit the'install packages' button. Www.graalonline.com/playerworlds  

Easier Way, Download Graal PC. Click Start then Install Packages then click Level Editor.

Optional: Go To: http://www.graalians.com/forums/showthread.php?t=452
And download era_development kit. Open the file read the READ ME paper (I Think) then open the one says: (open this) and you can now do Era levels.

As simple as that^^ but to get era tiles you have to change the script in the level file by putting a blank npc there and put the script in to get era tiles, sorry I don't know the script, I haven't worked that much with the level editor in a while XD
