I don't know if it's just me
Dunno if its just me or the sea chest spawn rate got nerfed again, because I already broke 4 rods last time but 0 chest found like literally none.(level 35 on fishing btw)

It's just a chance thing, you either will or you won't get it at all. Sometimes you can be really unlucky

I used to get one sea chest every 3 or 10 rods, but now I think it's hard.

Well, nevermind about trying to get the Sea Chests from fishing, just consider them as an extra bonus while fishing. They will appear sooner or later
