Different feelings for the game

Anyone else feel playing classic now is completely different and so much less fun as to what it was in like 2009 - 2013 or so...? I do. I enjoyed playing it so much but now I don't enjoy it AT ALL...

That's what happens when you play the same game for years , that and as you get older you probably find less joy in things you did when you were younger

I feel yah man it's that good ol nostalgia when Graal was fresh and everything was so woah and new. I started in mid late 2011, as soon as I started I was hooked man I'm suprised the heat from my old 4th gen iPod didn't melt in my hands I was heavily hooked I've tried quitting a ridiculous amount of times and came back every time I'm thinking at least 7 or 8 times haha, but every time I have came back I've had a decreased interest in the game and I've currently quit for about 4 or 5 months now? Not sure. But yeah Graal is a good game but unfortunately with the lag and stuff it just makes the game less enjoyable than it once was, for me 2011 and 2012 were my favourite years in terms of fun, the people I was with (which they have all pretty much quit too but still in contact) and I've had great memories I'll never forget. But now I just see Classic getting worse and worse and that's the only thing that will continue because the people who make the $$$ just don't care at all.

Yeah! It was way more fun back then! Idk maybe its because it was newer, and there was a lot of things that hadn't been heard of before like a guild getting 1k hours. I also really enjoyed knowing most of the community, everybody knew eachother, but now there are noobs left and right. I guess its just the progression of the game though. Lots of things have died down too for example different pk spots such as the zone and fan, there were never riots back then! I liked the old MoD better too ;[

I had more fun a few years ago as opposed to now, but there's definitely more to do now than there was to do back then. I'm sure the newer players now are feeling like we once did a few years back. We're just old.

Same as me.. the price are way too high, there are too many players.. barely can do pyrat quests. and there is too much people in farming spots. lag is also a big thing. I remember back in 2011-2012 sick mounts costed like 2.5k and now? ****ty hats cost 5-10k

i agree with the pricing, graphic quality, high player count, but not the pyrat quest one. there were some changes made to it over couple years, regardless of new updates it's still easy to complete. take you only 15-20minutes and get you 1k gralats and there were a lot of people farming back in the day too. That was the fastest way to earn gralats.

Really, im enjoying the game just about the same as I did in 2012. But here's why. I gained 1.5k hours from 2012 to 2013. Then for the entire year of 2014 I gained about 200 hours, I only logged on about once a month or for a holiday. But now that I started playing again it's been much more enjoyable. Really I think its all about taking breaks, and limiting yourself.

i still remember how there used to be a separate FB server on iOS, lol. there were also rumors that an area below Swamptown would release (i believe as to which is now Destiny), and that Higbey riot by the old Nexus. anyone remember this?

also i don't think cyan gralats used to exist, maybe that or i just naturally sucked at farming. -_-

Hmm..I still enjoy playing Graal and all, but I just don't like some changes. (Removed the other part of Deadwood, half of SwampTown, etc.) I usually play Graal a lot more on Halloween and Christmas. :|
