				 | Competitive Towering "Competitive towering?", Jimmy asked. "Well, let's see. We have daily hours, weekly hours, and total hours. How can it possibly get better than that?", asked Jimmy. "How about if "Longest Hold" were added?", Implied Aguzo (staff can call it whatever) Don't have time for 1k? Get your tryhard friends together and hold a tower for the longest you can. Make this a single tower where you can get the "Longest Hold". Preferably Castle, Destiny, or MoD. Castle has the space for a ton of guilds to take out the holder, so that would be my #1 choice. Make it reset either weekly or monthly to keep the competition flowing, and the guild with highest score wins some sort of prize(hopefully) There used to be a dungeon in this area, and if it's not going to be used anymore, then this would be a great place for a Huge tower that can hold at least 5+ guilds (125+ ppl) EDIT! If staff could make a new tower for this in the center of graal... maybe bulldoze master li's sparring dojo, and implement a Huge tower for a ton of guilds to fit in, that would be great. Otherwise Castle for me EDIT #2 Possibly, not sure if this one would be great Maybe have it like GST, where you sign up your guild. (Would require at least 15 people, before being allowed to participate) That way members will be loyal to the guild they signed up with, and not run off to other guilds and help them.

				 | IMO, the way you make towering competitive is by making it seasonal and giving prizes to only the top 3 guilds after every season I'd probably full-time tower and drop singles sparring altogether if it was this way That's too cutthroat for 99% of this community though and everyone would cry The current "everyone wins if you just spend enough time" format gets boring to me pretty quickly |

This idea is to give tryhard sparring guilds something to do while gst isn't near, and also to give the rest of the towering community a little more competition. This would bring friends together to have fun/be really competitive for a short moment, and win something in return. | |

				 | I wouldn't mind if they did what you described in the OP either, it'd be more competitive and interesting than the current format either way

				 | OP sounds like one of the many, many towering formats that would be better than the current one. My idea of another better towering format would be something like the leader assigning 3-5 players to be the guild's towering squad and holding a tower for a consecutive amount of time depending on how easy the tower is to defend (e.g. MoD fort = 10 minutes, Sardon's tower 30-60 minutes) in exchange for a token. Then tokens can be later used to purchase prizes. Or whichever top guild(s) accumulates the most tokens during a seasonal time frame receives a reward. Sorry if my idea was mentioned before, but honestly it is really fun, challenging and doesn't require a large input of people's time. It also encourages activity.

				 | Decided to not show this person's face, but really sad how some people might think by being traumatized by the sparring community. If you have these thoughts, you need more self-confidence in yourself, and in your guild. Could just be a hat ticket for seasonal (3 months) or gralats (weekly/monthly), decision is not mine though. |

				 | Honestly no opinion on this I don't tower much, but if it happened it would be cool just extra content for when I get bored.

				 | Castle is my favorite tower and is a real challenge so theres that, but Sardon probably has the best place to hold for long hours because allied guilds are better use over there to help defend. The only downside are the intentional lag blockers.

				 | There's not a "no" option. I don't see how this will improve how towering works. I agree towering could be different, but it's not the scoring system that needs to change. Also, I don't like the idea of drawing a lot of attention to a single tower. Why dedicate a scoreboard and a monthly prize to one tower? |

				 | Aguzo told me to check this out without knowing I hate iclassic towering. UN tower/castle was more fun. I like their original levels, but their npc abilities of their second setup. Towering on iclassic feels pretty mindless. I don't think there's any skill to it unless idling is a skill. |

				 | Wish I put a new open tower option on poll. Sards is so compact when 2 huge guilds fight it out. The hallways are so narrow. Castle can have hundreds of people in fountain, and once the stairways are not blocked off, I could imagine 5+ guilds entering and just demolishing the flag. Eggsaclee As long as people man up for some competition. |
