Anyone know how long it takes for the hats to update after they've sold out? Any estimations would be helpful.  

I once lagged and saw a countdown above every hat, most were around 4000seconds.

As long as that 4000 seconds was after they sold, then it's at least an hour. We don't know if David saw the hats as soon as they sold out or not.

That meant "4000 seconds left." He didnt say he saw that right when they were restocked...

I havent watched them closely at all, but the last restock was ~4pm EST if I remember (looked down just in time to snatch the last galaxy beanie). Telling from times that other people say they saw it restock, I think it's a 8-10 hour interval. So it may not even be on a 24hr period. And I think there are 3 stocks of the same hats until they are changed.
