I always think something is going to jump at me too.

I looked up there quite a lot and never saw her. Apparently she appears like that when you look up after she breaks the glass?  

It sounded scary already inthe first 10- 15 seconds. (I get nightmares easily...)  

Also this game is a perfect example of why a lighting engine is so important for proper "realistic" visuals. You can have all the polygons in the world but that isn't going to get you past that uncanny valley. Throw in proper lighting techniques in your engine however...  

I love it all, you dont know when something will pop out or when it will attack you, it just the prefect demo of a game that will be 10x worse in the scarying part.

Other games you can tell when it is going to jump out and scary you, in this you just feel like every bit but you aren't fully ready for it.

Looks great.
I hope they can the game interesting and the scares up. I'm also curious if theres any reason to play through this game more than once or twice.

I played it with my brother the other day and I jumped. Him and I never get scared of anything but that game does play with your mind and it kept at it. Even tho I already knew what to do it was still creepy and scary.

He is planning to bring his big tv to my house and play it when it comes out next year, I will have speakers around my room. If I am alone I will use my headphones. Must say the Sony headphones are really good. I keep thinking I dont have them on and take them only to relize they are on. they are prefect for this game.

Konami seems to have had future plans that did not include many more console titles, as it is adamant in stepping into the mobile market. However, del Toro happily will happily sign the petition for his game to have another chance to live.
