Banning is too mainstream. Plus, they don't get traumatize if they did something wrong. Waiting is a simple task. They can do it again because waiting doesn't require anything,just patience  

And how do you guys know this? First of all, NO pixaxe should be sold. Your jailed. You deserve your punishment. So tell me why you can pay to be unpunpish faster? Seriously? That is low. Second of all, yes waiting has it effects. How do you know they won't get traumaize? Most my friends that got banned from their favorite MMO regrets doing what they did that got them banned. As I said, having a waiting period is much better than this silly nonsense. They keep doing it? Perma-ban them as most MMO servers does. It's mainstream but much better. Don't do this uncessary 'let me mine a rock and buy a pixaxe incase I want to be unpunished faster' jailing system. No. Just no.

Wait, so the pickaxe is an optional choice to get out faster?? Rule offenders won't learn their lessons if you implement that in, it's like jailing someone but he/she pays money to shorten the amount of time of being in jail... -_-

So..pretty much encourage players to give up on the server when you have a player count of 300-500.  

Give up? Maybe the players who did offense would give up on doing more crazy illegal works.

That shouldn't even be a choice to begin with  

I personally like the idea. But I don't usually have 5k in my account anymore either... I don't really play zone anymore enough to do something dumb enough to get me in trouble though.

Why theres bail irl is so then jails arent overflowed with people who did a minor offense (or make people pay a lot of money that gets split between the town and police). Theres no limit on izone on how many people you can jail so theres no overflowing issue so no payment is needed.

The fact that you give the choice to speed up by paying 5k or by buying a graalet pack is what bugs me. Thats just low man, iera wouldn't even do that type of crap.  

Is the mining just tapping the button to swing the axe like it is on every other server?
