There was. There was a huge PK riot that extended from the dojo to that long gap. Even when Mod Fort was there too

i love the obnoxious pessimism that this forum offers. its really fantastic to see an update get torn to bits by unwarranted, and unnecessary negativity. boy i cannot tell you how helpful and intelligent of you it was to mention that MoD has not helped classic progress, that was just what OP wanted.

That crazy dude harassing the lumberjacks beside the place you need to use the mouse morph to get to the un-openable chest was in the same update I think. Then last winter... I guess he didn't make it.

Them lumberjacks (and the guy at the bar a little up from them) are still suffering from PTSD...

I remember mod pkrs getting 1000 kills in their house in less than an hour and there was only 2 players. You must of not been a real good pkr

I mean you could either be pessimistic or senselessly optimistic. I don't think one is better than the other.

Optimism is definitely better. Neither will effect anything, but atleast if you are optimistic you have a positive outlook and aren't going to be intent on bringing everyone else down with you.

Yeah, but when you get down to it, pessimism leads to change. Optimism leads to the reverse of change. People don't enact change if everything is already good.

I get it, the staff have worked hard on updates on Classic, but that doesn't mean that everybody should just pretend that the server is perfect. Classic is and probably always will be my favorite server, and that just makes me even happier to see people point out the flaws that have weighed it down since day one. It is kind of like how Skyrim is probably one of the best games of the last decade and also one of the most criticized games of the last decade. As long as players aren't inappropriately bashing the staff, I don't see an issue. A criticism of the server is not a criticism of the staff.  

exactly why higbey was good(idk why alot hated him for pointing flaws out)he said stuff alot wouldn't.. in the hope of change its better to do that than sugarcoat each update like it was a gift from god, cause it really isn't. p.s offence is taken not given.  

Bad critique sucks. Especially if you don't even play any more.
