I've had three bans in my lifetime in Classic (Inappropriate Behavior & General Harassment).  

Maybe he's a robot and was programmed not to think he is.

I was going to say that I saw Mya a while back wearing a shield that said that and it made me wonder if she had to go through the carrot ritual, but I figured it would be deleted.
