Ok so recently I went to a gamg house and saw a furniture item that was a lock when you touched it asked for a password it was rise but where did he get this?

I'd think maybe keeping them special until there's a quest to get them, maybe a secret area added,

"Hey here's your special gifts.

Now everyone else can get them just by paying money. "

Piano I could see being sold at snowtunes, but those other ones are pretty special and should be earned and you can get them without paying.
