Ya I mean, it's only a game about swords and bombs and stuff! What were we thinking being able to actually use them!? And no, AFKers should not be protected. AFKers are a bane on any server. All they do is idle to collect meaningless numbers and lag the server for the rest of the players. If Graal City is where the majority of people afk, then by God open the ****ing PK drawbridge and let the PKers have at them. Also, I have never played the iPhone servers but I doubt that 100% of the server PKs. Like you said, a majority of players AFK and some idle. I don't see how it'd be that hectic, no more hectic than trying to navigate through Graal city when you can't see the ground and with a framerate of 1-2/s. If you have a problem avoiding PKers when you want to travel find alternative routes. |

You'd just have the afkers in whatever nopk part of graal city is left and you'd have even more lag, and you'd have borderguarders camping at the edges on the nopk zones keeping players in, and people waiting outside doors like what happens on zodiac. I remember how assholes would harass newbies as soon as they leave balamb and got on the dock, and the people that would wait at the bottom of the unstick me and kill people trying to get into the zone... Without a timer system there's no real solution that doesn't just cause more problems. |

Even when someone's as good as you at spar, even you can't leave a building when there's 20 players all spamming sword trying to escape or pk, it's no longer the noble way of fighting one on one, now people rely on harrasment and abuse of borders, imagine what it would be like with it all pk and this many players.. I think a grace period/timer system should be added before graal city becomes pk. |

I think part of the reason most areas are non-PK areas is the fact the we cannot pause willingly. On this server, you cannot press P to pause like you can on PC servers. AFK will never be safe. I agree, some parts should be reconsidered, and possibly a vote may help sort this out.

Considering there is dispute on a thread with well under 20 people involved shows that there will be widespread complaining if the whole map was a pk zone again. There absolutely was problems when this was done and unless you were there to witness it, you can't really argue. Lets focus more on the idea of more pk zones, rather than everywhere being open pk, because that wouldn't appease to a lot of people. I think the third map Rufus showed would be perfect, aside from some areas with shops that should be red.
